– 8 oz cream cheese, softened – 1 cup sour cream – 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese – ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese – 4-5 jalapeños, chopped (seeds removed for less heat) – ½ tsp garlic powder – ½ tsp onion powder – ½ tsp smoked paprika – Salt to taste – ½ cup cooked bacon bits (optional) – ½ cup crushed Ritz or breadcrumbs – 2 tbsp melted butter
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish to prevent the dip from sticking and set it aside while you mix the ingredients.
In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix in chopped jalapeños and bacon bits if using. Blend until the mixture is evenly distributed.
Spoon the cheesy mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle crushed Ritz or breadcrumbs evenly across the top.
Drizzle melted butter over the crumbs. This will help them brown nicely and add a rich, buttery flavor to the top of the dip.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown and crisp. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping. It’s a crowd-pleaser perfect for parties, game days, or snack nights!
