Ingredients

– 1 can (16 oz) refried beans – 1 cup guacamole – 1 cup sour cream – 1 packet taco seasoning – 1 cup salsa – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup chopped black olives – 1/2 cup chopped green onions – Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions:

Spread the refried beans evenly in a 9x13 dish as the base layer. Make sure it’s smooth and flat to support the next ingredients properly.

In a small bowl, mix sour cream and taco seasoning until well combined. Spread this over the beans as your second layer.

Carefully spoon the guacamole over the sour cream layer. Gently spread it to avoid mixing the layers for a clean look.

Next, add a layer of salsa, spreading it evenly. Chunky salsa works best to keep the dip from getting too watery.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the top. You can use a Mexican cheese blend for extra flavor.

Finish with chopped black olives and green onions. Chill dip for at least 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
