Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

– 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced – 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning – 2 tbsp olive oil – 1 tbsp butter – 3 cloves garlic, minced – 1 bell pepper, sliced – 1/2 onion, sliced – 1 cup heavy cream – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan – 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Season chicken with Cajun spice. Heat oil in a pan, then cook chicken until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic, onions, and bell peppers until tender and fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.

Pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously. Add Parmesan and let it melt into a smooth, creamy sauce over low heat.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, then toss into the pan with the sauce.

Return cooked chicken to the pan. Mix well until everything is coated evenly in the creamy Cajun sauce.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Enjoy a rich, spicy, and comforting meal in under 30 minutes!
