– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup whole milk – 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup – 1 tsp vanilla extract – Pinch of salt
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined with no lumps remaining.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, ensuring it doesn’t exceed the max fill line, then securely place the lid on top.
Place the container upright in the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours until the mixture is completely solid from top to bottom.
After freezing, remove the lid and place the container into the Ninja Creami machine, locking it into place as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
Select the “Frozen Yogurt” mode and let the machine spin. This usually takes about 2–3 minutes depending on the consistency you want.
If the texture is crumbly, add a splash of milk and re-spin once or twice until it becomes creamy and smooth like traditional frozen yogurt.
Once ready, scoop into bowls or cones and enjoy! Add toppings like fruit, granola, or chocolate chips for extra flavor and texture.
