Fruit Cake
– 1 cup fresh spinach – 1/2 avocado – 1 small banana – 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped – 1/2 cup pineapple chunks – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk – 1 tbsp chia seeds – 1 tsp fresh lime juice – Ice cubes (optional)
Start by washing the spinach leaves and cucumber thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel.
Peel the banana and avocado. Scoop out the avocado flesh and slice the banana into smaller chunks for easier blending.
Add the spinach, banana, avocado, cucumber, and pineapple into a blender. These will form the base of your healthy green smoothie.
Pour in the almond milk and add the chia seeds. For a refreshing twist, squeeze in the fresh lime juice and drop in a few ice cubes.
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy this vibrant, nutrient-packed smoothie as a refreshing breakfast or post-workout boost!
